The User Profile Service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Problem: A new created domain user can not log into a  Windows 10 machine.

Rename the problem machine’s default folder to default.old.

Copy the ‘C:\Users\Default’ folder from a working Windows 10 PC to the problem machine.
