1 Create a DHCP account in Active Directory, and make it a member of DnsAdmins

2 Make the following changes at the DHCP server

3 Make all the DHCP servers a member of DnsUpdateProxy in Active Directory.

4  Create reverse lookup zones accordingly at DNS server. 

5 Restart the DHCP server.
